Our client, an engineering company, open position of HSE Director who reports to General Manager of Moscow office directly.
Location: Moscow.
MISSION
The mission is to develop the HSE (occupational Health, Safety and Environment) program within the entity in accordance with the Group Procedures and or corresponding entity's procedures; to support operations management in the implementation of the program and to control objectives achievement through the HSE indicators and program achievement. The HSE Director has to promote the Safety policy within the organization and to propose improvement in all the business process.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Defines the entity HSE program and objectives
• Supports operating management in the HSE Program implementation
• Establishes HSE indicators to steer the HSE program and plans
• Follows-up the progress of HSE plans
• Proposes improvements and adjustments in plans to management
• Promotes the HSE policy and programs within the organization
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Professional competences:
• Engineering degree is a must
• Relevant work experience within heavy industry at least 10 years
• Training or certification: ISO 9001, HACCP, PED & TPED Norms, ISO 14001, ISO 18000
• Qualifications: GT-TQ-COM-OO2 (according to local regulation), GT-TQ-HSE-001
• Fluent English is a must
• Comprehensive knowledge of legislation, standards, and codes of practice relating to HSE, IMS System
• Proper technical understanding of gas safety and risks
• Very strong root cause analysis capability
• Safety Management tool (risk analysis, Incident analysis, HAZOP ...)
